La Aurora Maduro - 9/06/2010

La Aurora Maduro, Robusto, 5x50.  Wood and tobacco flavor, not a strong maduro.  Smoothed out and took on some cocoa notes during last half.  Nice burn and even draw, unremarkable flavor throughout.  An OK cigar.

Paired with The Macallan 12 year single malt.

89 degrees on a warm breezeless evening.

    I also enjoy the Macallan 12 y.o. Another tasty single malt with a similar flavor profile is the Balvenie Doublewood.
