5 Vegas Series 'A',  Apocalypse 6.0" x 58.  Strong spice and light pepper.  Great chocolatey and sweet spice flavor throughout.  These are nice cigars, never too strong or overwhelming.  Nice.

Sol Cubano Cuban Cabinet, Magnum 6.0" x 50.  Harsh off the light, smooths out quickly to nutty smooth smoky flavor.  Nice woody nutty flavor to the last third, where it smooths out to a creamy nutty flavor.  Nice smoke.

Paired with gin bloody mary.

La Herencia Cubana, Toro 6.5" x 52.  Not a huge flavor, starts a little harsh, but smooths out nicely.  A nondescript flavor, but smooth and burns well.  Decent inexpensive cigar.

La Gloria Cubana, Churchill Maduro 7.0" x 50. Strong pepper prelight.  Pepper and spice off the start which gives way to a cherry sweet spice through the burn.  Very meaty, leathery, spicy and sweet cherry to the nub.  Very nice cigar.

Tatiana Mocha, Caramely, 6x50.  Definitely my favorite breakfast cigar.  This is made to go with coffee.  The overwhelmingly strong chocolate aroma turns out much milder in the smoke, but a perfect accompaniment with my morning joe.

Cusano 59 Rare Cameroon, robusto 5x50.  Sweet cedar, some spice, leather and tobacco flavors compete in an somewhat plain cigar.  Not bad, but nothing to rave about.

La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte - 9/25/2010

La Herencia Cubana Oscure Fuerte, Robusto 5.5" x 54.  One of my favorite cigars, well made, huge amounts of smoke.  The flavor is peppery and spice off the light, then strong spice, some vanilla, some cherry throughout the remainder.  This is one I smoke to the nub everytime.  A great cigar.

Paired with Amstel light lager.

Padron 1964 Anniversary Series Natural Imperial, 6x54. Smooth spice, huge smoke, and a satisfying long flavor throughout.  Very rich but not overwhelming, This is a nice cigar, well made and enjoyable, albeit a little expensive.

5 Vegas Classic, Torpedo, 6.0" x 54.  Cream, leather, mild tobacco tastes.  Medium body, but the smoke is smooth and pleasing.  A nice cigar for the price.

Partagas Black, Cabinet De Cincuenta 747, 7.0" x 47.  Dark chocolate cocoa taste, along with strong pepper and spice.  It then smooths out into a spicy balanced deep meaty smoke.  Excellent cigar.

Diesel - 9/16/2010

Diesel, torpedo, 5x56.  Very strong pepper and spice off the light, but then quickly settles into a peppery, spicy, balanced and smooth smoke.  There is some cocoa in there, along with a perfect blend of sweet spice.  These are simply great cigars.

Paired with Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne.

CAO The Sopranos Boss, 7x56. Strong cocoa and coffee flavor off the light. Very spicy with hints of black cherry and cedar. Long perfectly balanced smoke, with an amazing dark chocolate cocoa flavor. Excellent big  cigar.

Indian Tabac Super Fuerte, toro maduro 6x52. Smooth and creamy spice, some chocolate and pepper.  This is a very interesting cigar, as the flavors are subdued but just below the surface.  Strong enough for those that like a bold cigar, but mild enough for those that enjoy something lighter.  This is a flavorful nice cigar.

Alec Bradley Tempus, Quadrum 5.5x55.  This was a salvaged cigar from a box that was oversaturated and the cigars were dripping wet.  After drying them out, the cigars are cosmetically damaged, but they smoke OK.  There is a dampening of the flavor, these aren't as strong as a normal Alec Bradley Tempus, but they don't have any odd flavors and are quite enjoyable in their own right.  Spice and pepper, smooth burn, but boy do they look funny.

Paired with Ardbeg 10 year old scotch.

La Aurora Maduro, Robusto, 5x50.  Wood and tobacco flavor, not a strong maduro.  Smoothed out and took on some cocoa notes during last half.  Nice burn and even draw, unremarkable flavor throughout.  An OK cigar.

Cu-Avana Intenso, Torpedo, 6x54. Strong pepper and spice, mellows into a nice peppery spicy flavor bomb.  Very well balanced, beautiful strong flavor throughout.  You feel this one deep inside.  A very fine cigar.

Man O' War  Ruination, Robusto No. 2, 6.0" x 60. Loads of spice, wood, oak and toast flavors throughout. Very robust and strong, but perfectly balanced and never overwhelming. A perfect burn on a very well made cigar.  These are great.

Paired with an old school Trader Vic's style mai tai.
